Overview
Corporate Finance Manager – 360 M&A Role
Meraki Talent is exclusively engaged on a Corporate Finance Manager mandate with a leading CA firm in the Central Belt of Scotland.
This is a genuine 360 CF position covering buy-side and sell-side transactions, with a strong emphasis on sell-side M&A across a national UK portfolio.
Responsibilities- Lead transactions end-to-end
- Prepare IMs and financial models
- Manage negotiations and heads of terms
- Work directly with entrepreneurs and senior stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members
This is not a pure TS role, it is a broad Corporate Finance opportunity with real client ownership and progression.
QualificationsIdeal for an ACA/ACCA qualified Manager with M&A experience looking to step into a wider, more commercially exposed role.
