As a
** Customer Service Administrator
** based in
** Cumbernauld**, you’ll be responsible for:
* Processing sales orders received daily
* Answering calls from contractors, end users and drivers pertaining to daily deliveries
* Make pre delivery calls to end users to ensure access for deliveries
* File paperwork according to guidelines
* Post materials to end users
* Attend to callers when picking up materials for install
* Buy materials from supplier buying reports
* Completing a H&S course to endure safe working

This is a 6 month fixed term contract working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday 08.00am - 5.00pm.

*** Previous Customer Service experience and strong Administrative skills.
* The ability to juggle enquiries.
* Capability to work well under pressure and pick up new systems/processes quickly
* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
* A strong work ethic and a desire to work as part of a team
