Join a global leader in sustainable packaging. We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead maintenance, engineering, and site facilities at our Featherstone manufacturing plant.

• Lead engineering, maintenance, and facilities operations for a high‑volume manufacturing site
• Drive preventive/predictive maintenance, reliability, and TPM initiatives
• Oversee site utilities, building systems, and contractor management
• Manage capital projects—scope, budget, timelines, and delivery
• Ensure safe engineering practices and compliance with HSE standards IOSH or NEBOSH
• Lead and develop a skilled engineering and maintenance team

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar)
• 7+ years in manufacturing engineering/maintenance, including leadership
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and process knowledge
• Experience with reliability, CMMS, and maintenance best practices
• Project management or Lean/Six Sigma certification (preferred)
