£18,886 - £27,514 per annum, depending on experience

Review after 6 months with opportunity for salary increase and role development.

Our partner client is an alternative provision seeking an experienced Male LSA / Learning Mentor to work in this independent setting in the heart of Enfield.

• Support students aged 7-11 with challenging behaviour and at risk of permanent expulsion, many with social, emotional, or mental health needs.
• Work in classes restricted to 8 students to support the teacher and manage behaviour.
• Develop your role with more responsibility, including potential leadership tasks.

• Experienced SEN TA / Learning Mentor (or equivalent experience).
• Successful candidate will be subject to enhanced DBS and referencing.

• Review after 6 months with opportunity for salary increase and role development.
• Immediate interview available.
