Invoicing Team Leader - Customer & Purchase Invoicing
Are you ready to bring your enthusiasm, accuracy and coaching skills to a newly created role in our Invoicing Department? We have an exciting opportunity for an Invoicing Team Leader to join the team and ensure that all customer requirements are met to prevent queries and analyse preventative measures.
What You'll Be Doing- Provide ongoing to support to the team and regular coaching sessions
- Assign tasks to ensure workloads are completed within expected timescales
- Onboarding and training of new team members
- Quality checking of tasks to ensure full compliance within timescales
- Maintain process notes for all tasks
- Query analysis to ensure preventative measures are established
- Previous experience working in a Team Lead position within a fast-paced environment
- Good IT Skills and a sound administration background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A flexible approach to work and an eye for identifying process improvements
