Operations Manager, Business Development, Client Relationship Manager
Join our team as 3PL & Managed Services Coordinator. This is a central role, managing Business-as-Usual (BAU) operational performance while acting as the primary link between the customer and internal stakeholders. You will own day‑to‑day operational oversight, performance reporting, issue management, and coordination across teams to ensure strong customer alignment and consistent service delivery. As the Business Customer Liaison, you’ll provide operational insights that help customers and internal teams maintain transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Own and manage BAU operational performance, ensuring services are delivered in line with agreed expectations, SLAs, and performance metrics.
- Monitor operational performance, proactively identifying challenges, risks, and improvement opportunities, and driving timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Operations teams on resource planning and capacity management to support BAU operations and changing customer requirements.
- Identify, track, and coordinate resolution of product and operational issues, working closely with internal Operations, Product, Technology, and Support teams.
- Design, build, and maintain automated data reports and dashboards to provide accurate, timely visibility into operational performance.
- Serve as the primary day‑to‑day operational contact for the customer, providing regular performance updates, insights, and issue status.
- Act as the central liaison between the customer and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and effective execution of BAU operations.
- Translate customer needs, feedback, and operational data into actionable inputs for internal teams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data, customer insights, and operational best practices.
- Ensure operational documentation, reporting, and communication are clear, consistent, and up to date.
- Candidates will have experience in an operational heavy, service orientated role. They will have a strong understanding of standard performance monitoring and operational management.
- Experience in a matrixed, or enterprise environment; with familiarity with SLA reporting – and experience supporting customers where service is the commodity.
- Experience and knowledge of the veterinary profession or animal health market preferable.
- Understanding of managing and supporting standard operating performance.
- Be fully adept with Microsoft Office packages; familiarity with in-house bespoke systems and Salesforce CRM.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
