The role is remote and pays a salary of £50,000 dependent on experience plus uncapped commission and bonuses (OTE £90,000).

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy in alignment with our company’s vision.
• Set up operational, regulatory, and compliance frameworks for seamless global operations.
• Establish partnerships with top-tier suppliers, including luxury hotels, wellness retreats, and concierge services.
• Create exceptional wellness travel packages and bespoke experiences for high-net-worth clients.
• Lead marketing efforts, from digital campaigns to international industry events, building brand recognition and driving sales.
• Oversee the selection of technology platforms to ensure effortless client bookings and superior customer care.

• An experienced, driven leader who can bring the company vision to life.
• 10+ years in the travel and tourism industry, specializing in luxury and wellness.
• Proven success in setting up or managing travel agencies at senior levels.
• Strong networks with international luxury and wellness travel suppliers.
• Expertise in travel systems, CRM platforms, and compliance.
• A passion for bespoke travel experiences and delivering top-tier client service.

• Competitive base salary circa £50,000 (DOE) + uncapped commission & bonuses, offering a £90,000 OTE.
