As a Product Manager in Corporate Technology services, you will play a pivotal role in innovating new product offerings and leading the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you will act as the voice of the customer, developing profitable products that provide real value. You will guide successful launches, gather and analyze feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and stable products that exceed customer expectations.

- Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers and aligns with business goals.
- Manage discovery efforts and conduct market research to uncover customer needs and integrate insights into the product roadmap.
- Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development teams to deliver on the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
- Build frameworks to track and report on key product success metrics, including cost, features and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Lead product life cycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
- Gather and analyze customer and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement and inform future product enhancements.
- Champion a customer-centric mindset and advocate for solutions that enhance the client experience.
- Ensure products meet compliance, security, and regulatory standards.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the product team.
- Experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, product design, and data analytics.
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
