Security Officer Dispatcher

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Operate a dispatch or communications center by monitoring alarms, cameras, and other systems; answering phones and/or radios; and routing calls for service to on-site personnel and/or local responders as needed.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, gathering key details, prioritizing events, and coordinating appropriate notifications and response.;
Maintain accurate logs and reports for incidents, dispatch activity, and system checks, escalating concerns through the designated chain of command.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
