Dry Brew is a fast-growing specialty food manufacturer producing the world’s first waterless coffee. We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Production Shift Lead to support daily operations and help keep our line running smoothly. This role reports directly to the Production Manager.

• Lead daily production activities and maintain a steady, efficient pace throughout the shift
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
• Maintain accurate counts and documentation of finished goods and work‑in‑progress
• Assist with basic inventory checks of ingredients, packaging materials, and supplies
• Enforce and follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

• Ability to regularly lift 40–50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on production environment
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices or willingness to be trained
• Strong reliability, time management, and communication skills
• Experience in food safety, food manufacturing, packaging, and production leadership are required
