Position

Summary

As the Executive Director, CFO - Specialty, Mail, 340B you will provide comprehensive financial support for the Specialty, Mail, and 340B businesses. You will be leading a team of 20+ at various levels reporting into the Vice President, CFO of Channel and Client Margin. This position requires exceptional leadership and communication skills to successfully support the business leaders in a highly matrixed environment.

The primary responsibilities for this role include helping to set strategic goals, improving organizational effectiveness, and managing financial results. You will lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, monthly close, and detailed variance analysis to support the business.

Major Responsibilities Include
  • Serve as a CFO for a $90B business unit, providing strategic financial leadership and operational oversight.
  • Ownership of key inputs into the multi-year plan, Annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting.
  • Assists in the preparation of monthly financial packages to be presented to senior leaders
  • Develops revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and ensures financial data accuracy
  • Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior leaders
  • Carries out ad-hoc financial planning and/or analysis of projects of varying nature and complexity which may include financial metrics, process improvement initiatives, competition, etc.
  • Manage and oversee the development of team talent and providing training/ learning opportunities, striving for a high-performance, and a sustainable organization that meets its strategic and operational goals and objectives
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of prior professional work experience in Corporate Finance, or similar function
  • 8+ years of budgeting, forecasting and analytics experience
  • 5+ years leadership and team development experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • 7+ years leadership experience
  • Previous Pharmacy or healthcare experience
Education

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$ - $

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
