PositionSummary
This hybrid role will be based in the Cumberland, RI office two to three days a week. As a Credit Card and Digital Payment Reconciler, you will identify and resolve variances between CVS in‑store and online sales and for various payment tenders (Credit/Debit, Venmo/Pay Pal, etc.), and reconcile General Ledger balances against bank activity. You will analyze data and create journal entries, and may need to research payment inquiries or verify the validity of customer disputes.
Required Qualifications- 1+ years of accounting, analytical or budgeting experience
- 3+ years of accounting, analytical or budgeting experience
- High level organization, interpersonal and time‑management skills
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to perform root‑cause analysis/troubleshooting
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Access and Excel, and ability to navigate financial systems
- SharePoint experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with upper‑level management and external/internal groups
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Self‑motivated
- Payment processing/settlement processing experience
- Remote work and virtual collaboration experience
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

Pay Range$18.50 – $38.82 per hour
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
