This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to advance their career in the clean‑energy sector by contributing to the development of high‑quality solar power projects. You will support the full lifecycle of renewable energy initiatives, from early‑stage planning through construction and operational handoff.
What You’ll Do- Lead and support end‑to‑end development of solar energy projects, including site evaluation, permitting, engineering coordination, procurement, and construction oversight.
- Work closely with community stakeholders, landowners, utilities, and regulatory agencies to secure approvals and maintain strong relationships throughout the development process.
- Coordinate with engineering and EPC partners to optimize system design using tier‑1 solar equipment and industry best practices.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and vendor performance to ensure high‑quality, on‑schedule execution.
- Assist in contract negotiations, risk assessments, and due‑diligence activities for new project opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of operations and maintenance strategies that support reliable long‑term facility performance.
- Monitor industry policy, incentives, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and support strategic growth.
- 3-5 years of experience in renewable energy, solar development, construction project management, or related infrastructure fields.
- Strong understanding of EPC processes, permitting workflows, site development, or project finance fundamentals.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple work streams in a fast‑paced environment.
- A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset and a passion for advancing clean‑energy solutions.
