Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package - Salary Range: $75,000–$95,000 annually, based on experience
- Drive end-to-end product development across beauty, personal care, and wellness categories
- Manage formulation coordination, packaging development, testing protocols, and regulatory documentation
- Oversee new product launches, line extensions, and SKU optimization initiatives
- Partner with internal teams and third-party manufacturers to ensure quality, compliance, and timely commercialization
- Conduct trend forecasting, competitive analysis, and market research to fuel innovation pipelines
- Navigate retailer onboarding processes, compliance documentation, and item setup requirements
- Analyze POS and sales performance data using tools such as Nielsen, Retail Link, or similar platforms to inform product decisions
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on packaging execution, presentations, sampling strategies, and go-to-market initiatives
- Prepare executive-ready materials, including product proposals, line reviews, launch recaps, and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- 5–8+ years of product development experience within beauty, personal care, wellness, or consumer packaged goods
- Proven success in launching products into national retail accounts
- Strong understanding of formulation oversight, packaging timelines, regulatory standards, and retail calendars
- Proficiency in POS data analysis and retail analytics platforms such as Nielsen or Retail Link
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills with strong Excel capabilities
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage parallel initiatives
- Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
- Experience supporting mass, drug, grocery, or specialty retail channels preferred
