Lions Rehab Center is a 101-bed skilled nursing facility located in Cumberland, Maryland. We’re known for our friendly customer service and the exceptional care we provide our residents. We offer 24/7 skilled nursing care, rehabilitation, subacute care and other senior care services.

Full Time Evenings (8hour shift)
Full Time Days (8 hour shift)
Full Time Days & Nights (12hour shift)
About the RoleAs an RN in our skilled nursing facility, you’ll be a cornerstone of our clinical team, providing hands‑on care, critical assessments, and clinical leadership. You'll collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure every resident receives the dignity and support they deserve.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assess and monitor residents’ health status and respond promptly to changes
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs as needed
Document accurately in electronic medical records (EMR)
Follow all policies and procedures of the facility
Serves as charge nurses when assigned
Participates as required in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
Attends all required educational activities and meetings. Documents care per policy requirements.
Maintains confidentiality of resident and facility information.
Demonstrates respect of resident rights and dignity.
Current, unencumbered RN license in Maryland
CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Prior experience in long‑term care or geriatrics is a plus—but we’ll train the right candidate
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
