Overview

The Variable Hour Floater plays a vital role in providing coverage for leaves of absence, last minute call outs and emergency work requested by the client, and filling vacancies when needed. This position involves performing a variety of janitorial duties that ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of indoor (and outdoor where requested) spaces. The Floater will be responsible for floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.

Additionally, the role requires adherence to safety procedures while operating machinery and using cleaning chemicals. Ultimately, the Floater contributes to the overall aesthetic and functional quality of the workplace, promoting a positive atmosphere for productivity.

$22.00 per Hour

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable Personal Transportation – You will be required to drive your own vehicle to and from all locations assigned

• Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of office spaces, exam rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Dusting

• Conduct floor care activities, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness and safety.

• Must be able to lift 10+ pounds regularly
• Bend, stretch, twist, reach above head, squat, walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Climb stairs
