As a Registered Nurse with the CVU, you’ll be a key member of our care delivery team, setting high standards for patient care. You’ll have the responsibility, authority, and accountability to provide top‑notch nursing care, managing patient care activities with independent judgment and collaboration with the entire team.
In this role, you’ll lead, partner, collaborate, and supervise to ensure the best outcomes for patients and their families. You’ll build strong relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, patients, and families, working together to achieve desired patient outcomes. - Applies the nursing process within the framework of Relationship‑Based Care to create a healing environment.
- Formulates daily goals and care plans for patients, involving them as partners and considering their holistic needs.
