Ruby on Rails Developer

Skills : DE-Web Foundation, ROR Foundation.

Primary Skill : REST API, Node JS, ROR Gems and Libraries

• Provide timely technical support to internal teams, stakeholders, and customers
• Design, develop, and maintain features using Ruby on Rails and modern front-end frameworks (Angular/React)
• Create and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations with internal/external systems
• Refactor existing code to enhance security, reliability, maintainability, and scalability reviews and contribute to improving
• Work with Postgre
  
  SQL database schemas and queries
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives and communicate actively with technical and business team
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective fixes & technical upgrades
• Work independently on any new initiatives
• Flexibility of working in Shifts & Support Applications on Weekends as necessary

• Strong experience with developing solutions with Ruby on Rails, nodejs
• Hands-on experience with Postgres or other relational databases
• Good understanding of REST API design and implementation
• Experience troubleshooting performance, scalability, and reliability issues
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub, Jenkins etc.)
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM etc.)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
• Nice to have, understanding of Dev Ops principles and CI/CD practices
