Provide customer service to visitors and staff by following Allied Universal post orders, security-related procedures, and/or site-specific policies, including support during emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter using foot and/or vehicle patrol as directed.;
Monitor for and help to deter unauthorized access, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations; take appropriate action consistent with post orders.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support and timely notification to site leadership and/or public emergency services when needed.;
Complete detailed shift activity reports and incident documentation; communicate pertinent information during shift changes and coordinate with site contacts regarding security-related concerns.
