You will conduct regular patrols, help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so you will operate a vehicle during patrols. ** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure atmosphere.

+ Monitor and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or site leadership.

+ Collaborate with site staff and visitors to assist with directions and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.

+ Support access control measures by observing entry and exit points and verifying identification as needed.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

+ At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
