Brand Representative

Responsibilities

• Support the team in delivering experiential sales & marketing campaigns and live events for Ultima clients.
• Represent client brands at events, pop-up stands, trade shows, or promotional activations, engaging directly with customers.
• Gain and maintain detailed product knowledge to inform and educate customers.
• Facilitate in-person customer sign-ups, purchases, or contract commitments at events.
• Maintain and manage inventory of promotional materials and displays.
• Build genuine rapport with customers, understand their needs, and answer any questions confidently and professionally.
• Provide feedback and insights on customer interactions and campaign performance.
• Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and customer-service skills in every interaction.

This is a fully on-site role at Ultima’s Culver City, CA location
