Job Purpose

The Director of Sales, Limited-Service Restaurants (LSR) is a quota-carrying, growth-driving leader who opens new doors across Fast Casual, Coffee Cafés, and select QSR chains. This position begins as a Hunter role (90/10)—focused heavily on prospecting, pitching, piloting, and closing.

As the book of business grows, it will transition toward 70/30 Hunter/Farmer, with increasing ownership of strategic account development, franchise adoption, and chain-level

Essential Job Functions

Sales Leadership & Growth

  • Establish trust quickly by using data, market insight, and a clear commercial POV to guide the customer toward better outcomes.
  • Ensure handoffs between chain decision makers and franchise operators are clear, structured, and scalable.

Pilot Design & Rollout Execution
