As a Junior Territory Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting sales activities and strengthening our presence in your assigned territory. Working closely with the Senior Territory Manager and the wider sales team, you’ll develop a deep understanding of our products, customers, and market trends.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers in your territory.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives to achieve territory growth targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to lead generation activities.
• Gather and report market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional events and trade shows.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth operations.

• 1–2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Willingness to travel within your territory.
