The General Merchandise and Food Sales team drives all inbound, outbound, inventory, pricing, and promotional processes for the store’s general merchandise. The team supports food & beverage, food service, and fulfillment operations to ensure a consistent guest experience.

The Inbound Expert is responsible for sorting, stocking, and maintaining product availability on the sales floor, operating equipment, and executing guest‑service duties. The role requires physical stamina, flexibility, and adherence to safety, compliance, and ethical standards.

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and a guest‑first culture.
• Experience in retail operations, inventory management, and process improvement.
• Ability to manage daily workload, meet sales goals, and support guest services such as cashier backup and drive‑up compliance.

• Execute efficient sorting operations.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product; straighten merchandise.
• Maintain product availability on the sales floor for GM categories.
• Operate powered equipment during unloading or movement of merchandise.
• Process defective merchandise and handle environmentally sensitive items in compliance with regulations.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Support guest services (cashier backup, order pick‑up, Drive‑Up) while maintaining compliance with beverage laws.
• Create welcoming guest experiences through greeting and assistance.
• Perform additional duties as business needs dictate.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Proficient with communication devices, handheld scanners, and technology equipment.

• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Climb ladders safely.
• Lift or move merchandise up to 44 lbs.
