We are hiring immediately for full time STOREROOM/DELIVERY(CAFE ATTENDANT) positions.

8600 Hayden Place, Culver City, CA 90232.

• Must have a valid driver's license and Food Handler's card is preferred. Position requires lifting.

• Pay Range: $18.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour.

• Receiving storage and inventory for all departmental supplies and food stuffs, and maintaining sanitation in storage areas. Essential duties and responsibilities include:
• Inventories and maintains necessary food and other supplies to ensure efficient operation of the Food Service Department.
• Stores food and supplies in correct containers and in proper storage areas according to department guidelines to prevent spoilage.
• Maintains records and logs documenting storage temperatures of perishable items per standards.
• Dates, labels, and rotates stock according to procedures (oldest product used first).
• Orders food and supplies based on product specifications as established by company ordering protocols.
• Secures designated areas of potential theft, keeps chemicals and supplies safe, and follows security procedures regarding storeroom organization.
• Transports food and supplies in appropriate containers or vehicles to ensure safe arrival.
• Follows HACCP guidelines when receiving and distributing food supplies to ensure quality and safety.
• Reports needed maintenance or repairs of equipment to proper resources; completes daily/weekly/monthly reports per corporate policies.
• Identifies and uses cleaning chemicals per manufacturers’ directions and MSDS; operates equipment according to safety procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Valid driver's license and good driving record may be required in some cases where transporting supplies is needed.
