  • Own Bakery’s Front of House Success: Execute key initiatives and lead with accountability to achieve business goals.

  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Responsible for completing daily procedures, prioritizing exceptional customer service and quality to enhance the guest experience.

  • Build & Develop a Strong Team: Live a passionate focus on the guest experience and support continuous development through tailored growth plans.

  • Maintain Systems: Build and manage both digital and operational systems to ensure operational efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Leadership: Proven experience as a Front of House Supervisor or a similar leadership role, with a focus on leading people rather than managing them. Strong leadership, communication, and people skills to build relationships with team members and peers at all levels.

  • Problem Solving & Adaptability: Curious, critical thinker with a collaborative approach to problem solving and a strong ability to identify gaps and implement solutions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high service standards.

  • Operational Knowledge: In-depth understanding of daily Bakery front of house operations, food safety regulations, and best practices to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years as a Restaurant or Bakery Supervisor in a similar hospitality role.

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; ability to manage teams and customer relationships.

  • Versatility: Comfortable adjusting to changing needs and environments.

  • Passion & Stamina: Dedication to hospitality, able to work long hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and physically demanding shifts.

  • Systems

    Experience:

    Proficient with systems like pars, ordering, inventory, vendor management, and maintenance.

The compensation range for this role is $18.00/hour to $25.00/hour. The final offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience. We typically offer starting salaries in the low to mid-range to allow for growth.
