The Role

We are seeking a Broker who will serve as the cornerstone of our team, driving both operational excellence and strategic growth. This role requires a leader capable of blending operational oversight with business expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset and demonstrate versatility in managing a wide spectrum of responsibilities.

Core Responsibilities
  • Prospect and cultivate a robust pipeline of potential buyers, sellers, and tenants through network, cold calling, and marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the execution of the company's strategic plan and develop best practices for company-wide uniformity and excellence.
  • Execute comprehensive property evaluations on behalf of clients, ensuring alignment with their specific needs.
  • Manage and coordinate all essential appointments, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness in alignment with client needs and company objectives.
  • Supervise transaction processes to ensure smooth and timely closings.
  • Act as a liaison between client, vendors, and team members.
  • Manage the end-to-end listing process, property preparation, and coordination of showings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Must be a licensed CA Real Estate Salesperson
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities and team management experience.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management software, Airtable and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience or a strong background in customer service is highly desirable.

Pay

Above industry standard commission splits. Overall comp DOE.
