Who we areLocated in Culver City, ACCESS LA is a referral hospital with 24-hour Emergency services, where our technicians encounter a variety of cases while working closely with some of the most qualified doctors in the country.
Provide your best care with more bridges and less barriers.As a Veterinary Technician, you'll play an important role in pets' lives by providing end-to-end care for our patients. Your work will include outpatient treatments, laboratory tests, admitting and discharging patients, and supporting the emergency department which offers new challenges every day.
Role Responsibilities:- Support veterinarians to ensure quality care, advocate for pets, and educate clients.
- Assist with hospital functions to maximize productivity and maintain positive patient flow.
- Assist with surgeries and procedures as per your state's Veterinary Practice Act for credentialed technicians.
- Communicate with clients about pet health concerns and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate medical records using practice systems.
- Gather health history and information from clients, and maintain medical charts.
- Use safe restraining techniques, follow protocols, and keep treatment areas clean and organized.
- Guide, mentor, and support fellow team members.
- RVT preferred
- Minimum 3 years veterinary assisting/technician experience
- Desire to offer superior patient care

Compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience, with hourly rates starting at $21 - $43. The actual rate will consider skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
