Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (Night Shift)
Location: Culver City, CA 90232
Weekly Pay Rate: $2,160 - $2,304;
Based on experience (Negotiable)
Duration: 8-weeks
Shift: 12hr Night | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with the nurse practice act and organizational policies.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients in the ER.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient condition and progress.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members.
- Triage incoming patients based on severity of condition.
- Respond quickly and accurately to emergency situations.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
- Active California RN License - Required
- Minimum 2 years of recent ER nursing experience - Required
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications - Required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
