Overview

Title: Entertainment Media Strategist

Payrate: $64/hour

Location: Hybrid (Culver City, CA)

Duration: 3-month assignment

We are seeking an experienced Media Strategist to support the planning and execution of integrated, global media campaigns across a broad mix of channels. This role partners closely with agency teams and regional stakeholders to drive media strategy, execution, and performance measurement across the full funnel.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in entertainment marketing, a deep understanding of media nuances across global markets, and the ability to translate campaign performance data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.

What You’ll Do
  • Support planning and execution of integrated worldwide media campaigns across TV, CTV, Digital, Social, Radio, out-of-home, and Search
  • Partner closely with agency teams, creative teams, and regional stakeholders to manage multiple worldwide media campaigns simultaneously
  • Collaborate with creative and media partners to ensure strong alignment between strategy, execution, and performance
  • Analyze campaign KPIs, set benchmarks, and drive ongoing optimization to maximize performance
  • Review historical campaign data and industry insights to inform media strategy and planning decisions
  • Assist with weekly reporting and storytelling, presenting insights in clear, digestible, and often visual formats
  • Provide creative best practices based on media performance to support high-performing campaigns
  • Partner with analytics teams to ensure proper measurement frameworks and reporting plans are in place
  • Monitor consumer media consumption trends and apply insights to future campaign strategies
  • Support collaboration across U.S. and international markets, ensuring consistent communication and alignment
  • Ensure media execution aligns with established brand and media standards
What You Bring
  • 4–6 years of experience in a media strategy role within entertainment marketing, ideally across global campaigns
  • Experience working across TV, CTV, digital, social, radio, out-of-home, and search media
  • Entertainment Client Media or Media Agency experience
  • Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics and the ability to develop action plans from insights
  • Experience measuring business impact through consumer research, media mix modeling, or similar frameworks
  • Familiarity with growth marketing campaigns optimized for subscriptions or customer acquisition
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting insights to diverse stakeholders
