SummaryWe’re seeking an Influencer & Community Marketing Specialist to support and scale the company’s influencer partnerships, creator programs, and brand community initiatives. This role is execution-driven and relationship-focused, with responsibility for bringing influencer campaigns, community activations, and experiential programs to life across social, affiliate, PR, and in-person channels.
You’ll work closely with Marketing, Social, Creative, Events, and Operations to support product launches, brand storytelling, and the continued growth of our influencer and community ecosystem across multiple brands.
Duties and Responsibilities Influencer & Creator Marketing- Source, vet, and manage influencer and creator partnerships across Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, and brand-owned channels
- Support influencer contracting, onboarding, agreements, and briefings in collaboration with social and legal partners
- Assist in developing influencer briefs, content concepts, deliverables, and timelines
- Manage outreach, posting schedules, and day-to-day communication with creators
- Build and maintain influencer and creator lists for campaigns, gifting, giveaways, and long-term partnerships
- Support affiliate-enabled creator programs across Tik Tok Shop, UpPromote, Amazon, and other platforms
- Track campaign performance, affiliate links, and creator deliverables
- Compile influencer recaps, reporting, and campaign performance summaries
- Manage daily community engagement across social platforms, including comments, DMs, reposts, and broadcasts
- Oversee Avatara’s TYB community platform and Tik Tok Shop affiliates, including onboarding, approvals, ongoing engagement, and community strategy
- Lead Karuna’s community and ambassador platform - Spitche and Tik Tok Shop affiliate, including system setup, launch, and ongoing growth and strategy
- Monitor tagged content using Archive to capture influencer, gifting, and sampling posts, and compile community reporting
- Support the collection of UGC for use across email, campaigns, presentations, and other internal needs
- Launch and manage community challenges to drive participation and engagement
- Coordinate and manage verified product reviews across the brand website, Target, and Amazon
- Lead PR mailers and influencer gifting initiatives across both brands.
- Own timelines, budget, and overall vision for PR boxes from concept through execution along with the Creative Director
- Manage relationships with vendors, printers, and manufacturers to ensure quality, timing, and budget alignment along with Creative Project Manager
- Develop and maintain strategic influencer organic gifting lists and oversee outreach effort
- Oversee logistics including packing, labeling, shipping, and fulfillment workflows
- Strategize and execute co-branded and influencer giveaway partnerships to support brand and campaign goals
- Lead nationwide college sampling initiatives and pop-up activations
- Build and manage relationships with student organizations and campus partners to sustain ongoing sampling efforts
