Job DescriptionAV Creative Production Manager Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Creative Production Manager to lead the execution and delivery of marketing campaign assets across the programming slate. This role partners closely with the Creative Director to drive campaign development—owning timelines, budgets, creative production, and asset tracking from kickoff through final delivery. As the connector between creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams, you will keep projects moving, ensure clarity, align stakeholders, and deliver high-quality creative assets across multiple formats.
The ideal candidate brings deep entertainment marketing experience, strong production acumen, and proven success managing complex creative workflows.
- Lead end-to-end campaign operations, driving communication across Creative Advertising, Marketing, and cross-functional partners.
- Build and maintain detailed timelines with asset requirements and delivery milestones.
- Define and manage campaign budgets, forecast needs, and align costs with strategic priorities.
- Track production across all marketing touchpoints including trailers, TV spots, social, paid media, digital, international, and broadcast.
- Partner with Creative and Finishing teams to prioritize assets and manage post-production workflows.
- Troubleshoot production and post-production issues, escalating as needed.
- Manage vendor/agency relationships, onboarding, day-to-day coordination, and invoicing.
- Provide visibility into campaign performance, budget allocation, and variances.
- Act as a strategic partner to creative leads, ensuring operational excellence.
- Surface key decisions and blockers to senior leadership.
- 10+ years in creative production, project management, or marketing operations (entertainment/media preferred).
- Expertise in creative development across video, digital, paid, and international marketing formats.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end post-production for trailers and short-form content.
- Proven success managing high-volume campaigns and large budgets.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex asset life cycles and maintain accountability at scale.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency with workflow tools such as Airtable and Excel.
