About the Role
Love live events, creative marketing, and being where the action is? Ultima is looking for an Events Coordinator Trainee to join our growing team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who’s organized, outgoing, and excited to break into marketing through real-world, hands-on experience.
You’ll work closely with our marketing team to help plan and execute high-energy promotional events that build brand awareness and connect clients with their audiences. If you’re eager to learn, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want a clear path for growth, this role was made for you.
Responsibilities- Assist in the execution of live promotional events for a variety of clients
- Support event setup, coordination, and on-site execution
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and event kits
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns run smoothly
- Represent client brands professionally and enthusiastically
Experience
- Previous internship or experience in marketing, sales, or events is a plus—but not required
- Full training provided, so a great attitude matters most
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, curious, and eager to grow
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment

- In possession of a car or reliable transportation (required for local events)
