Overview
Performance Partner Marketing Lead – 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA.
This role leads the evolution of a Performance Partner Program designed to help developers maximize reach and impact across paid media channels. The position serves as a key connector between marketing objectives and broader paid advertising strategy, using partner-led initiatives as a testing ground for scalable growth tactics. This role plays a critical part in driving performance, innovation, and developer engagement within the mobile gaming ecosystem.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of a Performance Partner Program, driving developer acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing optimization.
- Partner with internal marketing teams and paid advertising experts to translate partner insights into scalable paid media strategies.
- Test new channels, creative approaches, and tactics through partner initiatives and apply learnings across broader campaigns.
- Analyze performance data, develop actionable insights, build scalable enablement resources, and ensure partner marketing materials align with brand and performance standards to support long-term program growth and effectiveness.
- Bachelor s degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent practical experience
- Background in performance marketing, digital advertising, partner management, or mobile gaming
- Experience contributing to or managing affiliate or performance partner programs preferred
This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires hybrid work.
The pay for this W-2 position is $116.00 per hour
.
