Program Manager

Overview

Our client, a top leader in consumer electronics, is looking for a “Program Manager - Packaging Development” to be based out of Culver City/Los Angeles, CA (Long Term Contract).

• Manage packaging programs from early concept through mass production
• Create purchase requisitions and support invoice approvals
• Generate and manage work orders for packaging artwork development
• Own packaging BOMs, file routing, annotations, revisions, and approvals using internal documentation systems
• Compare, contrast, and quality-check packaging files with high attention to detail
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and tracking of packaging samples
• Manage program schedules, build plans, and key milestones
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Operations, Marketing)
• Support packaging reliability testing alongside packaging engineers
• Partner with packaging suppliers on development, sampling, and revisions

• 2+ years of experience in Program or Project Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience managing schedules, deadlines, and multiple deliverables
• High attention to detail with ability to quality-check design files
• Familiarity with file documentation systems and/or BOM management
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

• Experience with packaging development or graphic design
• Exposure to consumer electronics or high-volume manufacturing environments
• Experience working with external suppliers and vendors

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Background in Project Management, Packaging, Graphic Design, Engineering, or related field preferred
