We are looking for an individual with proven insurance experience, ready to enhance their sales expertise, cultivate strong client relationships, and position themselves for long-term success within the Farmers Insurance network.

As a Client Acquisition Manager, you will play a critical role in helping clients secure the protection they need, while mastering advanced sales and business strategies alongside an established agency team.

• Drive new business growth through active prospecting, referrals, and networking
• Conduct detailed consultations to match clients with optimal insurance solutions
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
• Maintain lasting client relationships through superior service and renewal support
• Track activity, follow-ups, and renewals with CRM systems
• Ensure compliance with California Department of Insurance regulations and company guidelines

• 1–2 years of previous insurance experience (sales, service, or production)
• Active California Property & Casualty License
• Life & Health License (preferred or willingness to obtain soon after hire)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales production goals
• High professionalism, organization, and self-motivation

Compensation Range: $75,000 – $100,000+ annually (base plus commissions and bonuses). Actual earnings depend on experience, licensing, and individual performance.
