Overview

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on social media leader to shape and elevate the digital voice of a national, mission-driven organization

This role owns social strategy end-to-end—from vision through execution—blending creative storytelling with data-driven insights to grow awareness, deepen engagement, and bring real-world impact to life across platforms.

Ideal background:

• 6+ years leading social media strategy for brands or organizations
• Proven experience managing and leading a team
• Strong creative instincts with a sharp eye for voice, tone, and visuals
• Experience managing teams and collaborating with agencies
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-impact environments
• Passion for using social media as a tool for connection, awareness, and change
