Overview

Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) builds on that foundation with innovative distribution and end-to-end supply chain service for FBA sellers. To effectively bring our service to our customers, we are seeking an experienced Program Manager to perform cross-functional duties to facilitate product and program landing and execution for AGL Origin team based in China.

The position will work across the AGL CN and International teams, collaborate with Sales, Product, Operation, Marketing and other cross function teams. As a highly organized and task oriented individual, you will manage communication, work backward plans and risks with stakeholder teams. This role will specify sales enablement needs, identify content source, design distribution mechanism, build training materials and tools to deliver contents and training to sales team members.

You will closely collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize the Field Product Roadmap. To support our continuous growth, we  looking for a Program Manager who has experience with Amazon Global Logistic products and knowledge of Amazon  program management practice. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive program/product strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Manage the creation, distribution, and maintenance of program schedule, ensuring they are up-to-date, relevant, and effective.
  • Coordinate across Sales, Marketing and BI to ensure each product launch is coordinated with proper measure in-place to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Develop program-level ROI and measurement mechanism to evaluate the effectiveness of each launch.
  • Lead change management process to facilitate post-launch activities.
  • Gather program feedbacks from Sales and Sellers and turn collected information into insights to support future product development.
  • Develop and launch sales playbooks to support field execution in alignment with marketing campaigns and sales plays.
  • Build and share best practices across business divisions and regions.
  • Act as a liaison among BU operation teams to optimize existing enablement programs and build new initiatives to address readiness gaps.
  • Communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical business units, as well as across geographies.
  • Develop data visualization capabilities to provide insights to business leaders on performance and trends.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales Ops, Business Development, Finance, Business Technology & Solutions, HR and Legal to identify issues and design solutions.
  • Simplify and standardize mechanisms and tools to enable operational excellence.
Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
