We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the creation of our AI-ready design system and agentic experiences for Amazon Devices shopping on  This role blends UX design, product strategy, and program management. As the single-threaded owner, you will define the vision, unify stakeholders, and drive execution across Design, Product, Engineering, Research, and Marketing. This role focuses on building the foundations for and defining an agentic-AI future that accelerates and transforms the design process at scale.

• Design System Ownership – Define, design, and evolve an AI-ready design system for Amazon Devices digital shopping experiences (components, patterns, accessibility, documentation); ensure system scalability across multiple product surfaces and platforms.
• Product Strategy & Requirements – Partner with stakeholders to define product requirements, user needs, and system adoption goals; prioritize features, manage trade-offs, and establish measurable success criteria; align design system development with AI-driven use cases.
• UX Design Execution – Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design system adoption; create wireframes, prototypes, and documentation; maintain high-quality design standards for consistency, usability, and accessibility.
• Program & Stakeholder Management – Act as the single-threaded owner, aligning Product, Engineering, Research, and Brand stakeholders; drive projects with clear communication and accountability; own timelines and feedback loops.

We are global across market research, UX research, and UX design, guiding the strategic direction, design strategy, innovation, and customer experience for the Amazon Devices shopping experience on  (Echo & Alexa, Fire TV, Kindle, Ring & Blink, Fire Tablets, and more). We design platforms and programs to support device sales and engagement in e-commerce across mobile/app/web, leveraging AI to drive efficiency and output quality.

Basic Qualifications

• 6+ years of design experience
• Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards
• Experience delivering design solutions for large-scope projects
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to plan and execute strategic programs
• Online portfolio or samples demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design across desktop and mobile
• Experience with a variety of design, wire framing, and prototyping tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processes
• Experience with UX design of complex workflows
• Experience in product, program, or project management leading cross-functional teams
• Experience building AI-integrated tools or systems
• Familiarity with design tokens, accessibility standards (WCAG), and component libraries at scale
• 2+ years contributing to or leading design systems
