Overview

The Recruiting Coordinator supports senior recruiters in managing the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and business areas. This role plays a key part in high-volume hiring by coordinating interviews, supporting candidates, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and assisting with sourcing and screening efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule high-volume interviews (phone and in-person)
  • Manage candidate communication, tracking, and documentation in an ATS
  • Conduct preliminary phone screens and reference checks
  • Post job openings and support recruiting strategies
  • Assist with sourcing and maintaining candidate pipelines
  • Support applicants throughout recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
  • Process new hires and assist with reports, presentations, and ad hoc projects
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or talent acquisition
  • Experience with ATS/HR systems (Workday a plus)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint preferred
  • Interest in recruitment, DEI initiatives, and long-term career growth in talent acquisition
