Business Analyst / Associate PM

DURATION:

The Finance Optimization Team (FOT) is seeking a BA / Associate PM with advanced MS Project and MS PP skills to provide support on project initiatives, including Service Management, Integrated Plan, and Cadency.

The ideal candidate should have analytical skills, a finance background, knowledge of Excel, experience with Microsoft Project, and the ability to work in a team and complete tasks independently.

The Business Analyst will sit in the Finance Optimization Department and act as a key resource on initiatives that streamline and improve finance processes. This role will support processes and systems, ensuring initiatives are followed and status is communicated.

Scope:

The Business Analyst will have responsibilities supporting various initiatives and systems within Finance Optimization, including maintaining project plans in Microsoft Project, creating decks and presentations, updating systems, and providing analytical support using data from the systems.
