This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), on-site contract role located in Culver City, CA
.
Summary
This role leads the execution and delivery of marketing campaign assets across a premium entertainment programming slate. The Creative Production Manager partners closely with creative leadership to oversee timelines, budgets, production workflows, and asset delivery from kickoff through final launch. This position plays a critical role in ensuring creative excellence, operational efficiency, and cross-functional alignment across high-volume, fast-paced marketing campaigns.
Our Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in creative production, marketing operations, or project management. They bring a passion for entertainment marketing and storytelling with a strong foundation in campaign production workflows. They are proficient in managing video, social, digital, paid media, and international deliverables and are familiar with end-to-end post-production processes for trailers, TV spots, and short-form content.
They are skilled in collaborating with creative, marketing, post-production, agency, and vendor partners, able to work independently while managing multiple complex campaigns simultaneously, and flexible and adaptable in fast-paced, high-volume environments with evolving priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset are essential.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will lead end-to-end campaign operations, ensuring seamless communication between creative, marketing, and cross-functional partners. You’ll own detailed timelines, define asset requirements, and manage delivery milestones across all marketing touchpoints including trailers, TV spots, social, digital, paid media, broadcast, and international formats.
You’ll partner closely with creative and post-production teams to prioritize assets, manage workflows, and troubleshoot production challenges. This includes overseeing campaign budgets, forecasting needs, managing vendors and agencies, and providing visibility into spending, timelines, and delivery risks.
You will also surface key decisions and blockers to senior leadership while supporting campaign strategy through operational excellence, scalable processes, and production insights.
Education And ExperienceA Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is required. Candidates should have a background in entertainment marketing, creative production, media, or agency environments, with experience leading high-profile campaigns that involve large budgets and tight timelines.
Additional RequirementsThis opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires on-site work. There are four open positions for this role.
The pay for this W-2 position is $85 per hour
