Pay: $35 - $40 per hour (Depends on experience)

• Coordinate and support marketing teams and campaigns; ensure accuracy and effective communication across all aspects of a project.
• Collaborate with entertainment marketing operations/creative production teams as needed.
• Coordinate AV assets for a marketing campaign.
• Assist with purchasing processes, including requesting purchase orders and reviewing agency billing; track budgets as needed.
• Organize and manage projects in Airtable; maintain databases in a collaborative environment; advanced Airtable proficiency is a plus.
• Utilize Excel to organize, analyze, and present data (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).

• 4-6 years of experience supporting marketing teams/campaigns.
• Meticulous with details and an effective communicator, able to clearly convey information, anticipate needs, and ensure accuracy across all aspects of a project.
• Experience in entertainment marketing on an operations and/or a creative production team preferred.
• Knowledge of the video production and post-production process preferred.
• Experience coordinating AV assets for a marketing campaign (listed here to reinforce requirement).
• The ability to positively collaborate in a creative environment across a wide variety of internal/external teams and individuals.
• A passion and excitement for entertainment, the creative process, and figuring out the “how” across a multitude of complex issues.
