This is a 6-month
, full-time (40 hours/week),
hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA
.

Summary

This role supports a marketing operations and creative production team responsible for enabling end-to-end video asset production. The Creative Production Coordinator partners closely with creative, production, and post-production teams to maintain workflows, schedules, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring clear cross-functional communication and accurate asset distribution.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • 4–6 years of experience supporting marketing teams or campaigns
  • Passion for entertainment and creative production with a strong foundation in asset coordination and operational workflows
  • Proficient in Airtable, Excel, and production review/approval tools, with strong organizational and data management skills
  • Familiar with video production and post-production processes
  • Skilled in collaborating with creative directors, producers, post-production teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Solutions-driven, proactive, and comfortable working under pressure
Job Description

In this role, you will support creative production workflows by coordinating video assets, tracking project details, and ensuring timely delivery across multiple campaigns. You’ll partner with production managers, creative teams, and internal stakeholders to manage asset intake, distribution, and follow-through across all phases of production.

This includes coordinating day-to-day servicing workflows, maintaining tracking tools, fulfilling internal requests, supporting campaign builds, tracking budgets and financial documentation, and ensuring accuracy across systems and deliverables. You will also support multi-title initiatives and special projects while contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the creative production team.

Education And Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • Background in marketing operations, creative production, entertainment marketing, or related disciplines
  • Experience coordinating AV assets and supporting marketing campaigns
Additional Requirements
  • This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires hybrid onsite work Tuesday–Thursday
  • This role supports a team of multiple production managers in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Heavy use of Airtable and production review/approval tools (e.g., Frame.io or similar); experience should be highlighted
  • Familiarity with Excel is required
  • Live sports marketing experience is a plus

The pay for this W-2 position is $46.67
