Senior Project Architect​/Designer - Residential Focus

is seeking to hire a Senior Project Architect/Designer who will work as part of a team, leading the management and production needs of multiple projects from design through construction administration. We are looking for an applicant that is self-motivated and effective in communicating with project teams and consultants. Applicants must be well organized and able to identify and execute the tasks required to meet projects schedules.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits. This is a LA based in-office position and applicants from the area are preferred.

is a multifaceted design studio with a focus on the built environment. At our core is a highly experienced and nimble staff that bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each project we tackle. Our portfolio includes a wide variety of project scale and type with a current emphasis on both high end residential and mid-rise housing.

• Accredited professional or graduate degree in architecture
• Min 8 years of
  relevant
  experience in all levels of design and documentation
• Experience in High End Single-Family and Townhouse projects preferred
• Licensure preferred, but not required
• Revit and Auto Cad knowledge required
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Sketchup
• Knowledge of building construction types, systems, assemblies, and detailing
• Knowledge of local building codes and jurisdictional requirements.
• Organized and capable of handling multiple projects and tasks at the same time
• Able to adapt to shifting schedules while meeting deadlines and maintaining project quality
• Strong communication skills required
