We’re hiring a Project Superintendent to lead field operations for large-scale, design-build construction projects in Southern California. This role is ideal for experienced superintendents with a strong track record in commercial or industrial construction who are passionate about quality, safety, and fast-paced project delivery. You'll be the boots‑on‑the‑ground leader managing schedules, subcontractors, and site performance for high‑profile jobs valued at $50M+.

• Lead field operations and site logistics for complex ground‑up construction projects
• Oversee MEP quality control, inspections, and subcontractor management
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and safety teams to ensure seamless execution
• Ensure work is delivered safely, on schedule, and on budget
• Promote a strong culture of safety and accountability onsite

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent field/trade experience
• 3–15 years of experience managing commercial or industrial construction (ideally $50M+ projects)
• Familiarity with design‑build delivery models
• Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling abilities
• Willingness to travel or relocate for projects
• Physically able to walk jobsites, climb ladders/scaffolding, and lift up to 60 lbs
• OSHA 30 and clean background check (mandatory drug test required)
