We are seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead, scale, and optimize sales performance across assigned territories from our Los Angeles headquarters. This senior leadership role is ideal for a strategic, results-driven sales professional passionate about beauty, wellness, and mission-led brands.

Your role?
Drive regional revenue growth, expand market presence, and lead high-performing sales teams — all while representing Oliveda’s premium positioning and purpose.
What You’ll Do
Lead Regional Sales Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy aligned with global objectives, ensuring consistent growth across all markets and channels.
Drive Revenue & Market Expansion
Own regional sales targets, forecasts, and performance metrics while identifying opportunities for new market penetration, partnerships, and revenue streams.
Build & Lead High-Performance Teams
Recruit, mentor, and manage regional sales leaders and field teams, fostering a culture of accountability, motivation, and excellence.
Strengthen Partner & Account Relationships
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, retailers, and strategic partners to ensure long-term success and brand alignment.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Work closely with marketing, education, operations, and leadership teams to align sales initiatives with brand campaigns, product launches, and market needs.
Support Product Launches & Activations
Lead regional sales execution for new product launches, promotions, and major brand initiatives, ensuring strong adoption and sell-through.
Monitor KPIs such as revenue growth, sell-through, retention, and productivity. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategy and resource allocation.
Represent the Brand
Serve as a senior brand ambassador, embodying Oliveda’s values and communicating our science, sustainability mission, and competitive advantage with credibility and passion.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, regional sales, or commercial management (beauty, wellness, or luxury consumer goods strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of driving regional revenue growth and scaling teams
- Strong strategic planning, forecasting, and negotiation skills
- Experience managing multi-market or multi-state territories
- Ability to inspire, coach, and lead high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Passion for sustainability, wellness, and mission-driven brands
