We’re seeking an analytical, data-driven Product Manager to join our Digital Product team. The successful candidate will continually optimize the online store's merchandising, user experience, and backend using website data and a deep understanding of the MeUndies product offering and competitive set. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bringing our e-commerce brand experience to life and be equal parts merchant, storyteller, product manager, and data analyst.
The Product Manager will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize merchandising strategies in alignment with company goals. This role will be vital in developing and executing our strategic vision onsite as the company evolves.
- Own the overall e-commerce merchandising function through definition, planning, execution, and performance. Develop insightful and data-driven strategies to optimize merchandising within e-commerce, membership, and campaigns to improve conversion and AOV.
- Lead the conversion rate optimization program through A/B testing, identifying gaps in our existing customer experience and innovating with new features and tools that integrate user research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
- Build reports with in-depth communication of test results and visualize impact. Clearly communicate success or failures by identifying insights and effects on the company goals over time.
- Manage e-commerce campaigns and promotion calendar strategies that work with new product launches, branding initiatives, seasonally relevant periods, and revenue goals.
- Partner with the Engineering team to identify and manage relationships with third-party vendors to support business strategies and objectives.
- Work cross-functionally to prioritize and translate merchandising goals into team activities and help drive product development from ideation to launch, partnering with designers, product managers, engineers, and creative/copy to translate requirements to production.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of core product breadth and collaborate cross-functionally to drive initiatives that highlight our product in dynamic ways.
- Regularly prioritize business/use cases in the backlog with Product Management and Engineering to help ensure focus on the highest value work.
- Gather, analyze, and become an expert in customer and business needs – both quantitative and qualitative – and translate them to insights that drive decision-making.
- Own existing website taxonomy with our growing product assortment to optimize the customer journey efficiently and compellingly.
- Serve as the e-commerce subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders by staying ahead of industry trends.
- Enhance UX patterns across e-commerce and membership to help inform business decisions on personalization, search, and filtering strategies.
- 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in fashion/retail.
- Motivation to take a leadership role within a growing e-commerce brand, assuming ownership of the website and all corresponding performance metrics.
- Results-driven; excited to drive real impact, not just completing tasks.
- Data-driven with analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
