Job  | Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC

Amazon Leo is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve people and organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity.

The Workspace Experience Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless, efficient, and engaging workplace for employees. This role combines operational oversight with employee experience, focusing on parking compliance, café and food service readiness, and site communications. The coordinator will serve as a visible presence on campus, monitoring trends, reviewing parking violation and exception tickets, and walking the site to ensure spaces are clean, safe, and welcoming.

In addition to maintaining daily operations, this role will partner with stakeholders across facilities, security, food services, and space management to address issues, support employee engagement, and provide timely communications. Success in this position requires a balance of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to connect operational consistency with a positive workplace culture.

  • Work across program, product, and tech teams to standardize employee-impacting initiatives and implement mechanisms to continuously improve the employee experience
  • Own end-to-end analysis and study quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources to identify trends that can highlight important aspects
  • Connect with employees in person/virtually to understand their experience in terms of what's working well and what needs improvement. Identify issues/concerns that need to be resolved. Document responses received in prescribed format
  • Work with action owners to ensure timely closure of all identified issues and partner with relevant stakeholders to drive engagement initiatives
  • Support leadership in managing conflicts and conduct end-to-end workplace solutions
  • Travel up to 10% of the time may be required to support site operations and engagement activities

Export Control Requirement:
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
