Position: Apple TV Living Room Growth Lead

Overview

The Apple TV team is seeking a Business Manager with experience in partnership management to grow subscription services. The Apple TV Living Growth Lead will partner with multiple internal teams to develop and execute global strategies that drive Apple TV subscription growth via our third party distribution platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Deep understanding and production of data-driven performance insights for Apple TV third-party platforms with the objective of identifying key growth opportunities, risks, and gap closers.
  • Track and monitor actuals against forecast on a weekly basis; produce insights for why and next steps.
  • Leverage insights to influence strategic planning for priority partners across TV content, third-party partner moments, offers, product enhancements/integrations, marketing, and forecasting/planning.
  • Develop partner prioritization frameworks based on business goals such as revenue, paid plans, and LTV and scale the frameworks to flex with changing needs. Use frameworks to brief and manage cross-functional teams towards a shared Apple TV service goal.
  • Requires strong command of full funnel metrics per priority platforms such as Amazon Prime Video, Samsung, Roku, LG, cable partners, and other third-party strategic partnerships.
  • Key liaison to Apple TV’s Subscription Growth and Marketing team to media plan and strategize against partner and Apple TV priorities.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with business development, partner marketing, content development, paid media, and analytics teams to execute programs that drive long-term paid plan growth via third party distribution platforms and MVPD partnerships.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years of relevant subscription business management experience within the entertainment space with a strong analytical background.
  • Partner management experience.
  • Experience in launching multi-channel programs in coordination with multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical acumen with ability to both brief in analytical assessments and draw out key insights from results.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience with crafting Keynote presentations for marketing strategy and planning.
  • Knowledge of digital media distribution, film and TV, and a passion for the field.
  • Positive relationship management abilities and strong interpersonal communication skills.
Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this role is between $110,400 and $210,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs and may receive discretionary restricted stock unit awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan discount.
